I don't fall in love.
I jump.
Once, I started falling. I flailed my arms and took a step back to steady myself. It was very, very close. But then, breathing heavily, I decided to peer over the edge. When I saw what was there, I smiled, and my heart steadied. Then I jumped. I flew, not fell. And my heart was happier than I could imagine.
It was no mistake.
I don't believe in soulmates.
I believe in Friends from before this life.
I don't believe in the perfect marriage or family.
I believe in the potential to be so, and working towards one until we succeed.
I don't believe in the perfect life.
I believe in one filled with joy.
